FALL 2018 WORKOUTS

Mondays – 6 p.m $5/5K and 825K training run. 110 Cromwell Drive, Mullica Hill
Tuesdays – 6 a.m. Track workout, track at Clearview Regional High School
Tuesdays – 9:30 a.m. 15 mile ride with Leigh Ann Redington (meet at Ferrell Fire Hall, the same place the Queen of the Hill Ride met)
Tuesdays – 7-8 p.m. BOOTY CLASS at Power Train, East Greenwich (sold out)
Thursday – 8:30 a.m. Death of the Fox Ride
Thursday – 7-8 p.m. BOOTY CLASS at Power Train, East Greenwich (sold out)
Fridays – OPEN
Saturday – 1:30 p.m. Mountain Biking with Actions Wheels (STARTING OCTOBER 6)
Sundays – 8:00 a.m. Long Ride at Ella Park (no leader)
Sundays – 5 p.m. Yoga for Triathletes (STARTING NOVEMBER 18) – enter code MHWTC for 10% discount
