Winter Workouts 2018 

  • Saturday: Elephant Trail Run at 9 a.m.
  • Sunday: Browning Ross 5K at Rowan University @ 1 p.m.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Riverwinds Swimming at 10 a.m.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:  Riverwinds Swimming at 8 p.m.

Rides will be cancelled if there is inclement weather (rain, snow, sleet, excessive wind), and Runs will be cancelled if there are storms.
