Yoga for Triathletes-6 weeks

All that hard training and competing can cause imbalances in your body, which lead to pain and possible injury. In this yoga class created especially for the triathlete, you will build strength and improve your flexibility where your body needs it most, bringing your body back into balance. You’ll also learn techniques to help you relax and stay focused. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required. “Dropping in” for a single class is ok, although signing up for all 6 classes is highly recommended to maximize the benefits. Single class $13.50/6 Classes $71.10 (with tri club discount).

YOD Yoga (on going) – great for cross training. 
Saturdays, 11:15am-12:15pm

YOD™ stands for “Your Own Determination” and is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body. Elements from the Power Vinyasa Yoga sequence are combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT). It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility and coordination. We call this intentional exercise. Bring water and a towel, you will sweat!
